How to play

Choose Food or Activity and how many people are playing (2–4).
Each person picks the cards they like, then passes the phone to the next person. Picks stay hidden until the reveal.
Picknic shows what everyone agreed on. If nobody matches, it shows the closest options, or you can let it pick for you.

Common questions

Do I need an account or internet? No. Picknic works offline and has no sign-in. “Find nearby” opens Apple Maps, which needs a connection.

Can I stop mid-game? Yes. Choose Continue later, or just close the app. Your game is saved on the phone and you can resume it next time.

How do I clear past sessions? Open Settings and tap Clear history. Your collection and saved cards stay.

How do I turn off usage data? Open Settings and switch off Share usage data. See the privacy policy for details.

Where is my data if I change phones? Picknic stores your history and saved cards only on this phone, so they do not move to a new phone. Deleting the app deletes them.
